Job summary

WTW is recruiting for a two-year graduate programme as a Data Analyst within Corporate Risk & Broking, offering hands-on work with our global data strategy and analytics teams. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and gain exposure to client needs while working in a line of business and central data strategy division.

You’ll be supported through a formal induction, with ongoing professional development and a dedicated early career team; the role includes studying towards the Level 6 Data

Qualifications

Natural problem solver with mathematical/analytical mindset.
Experience analysing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
Confident communicator who can convey complex information clearly.
Curious and eager to learn and apply knowledge.
Comfortable working in a collaborative team.
Must have at least a 2:1 degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

Understand data and analytics strategy and apply to day-to-day challenges.
Gain understanding of the industry and client needs.
Analyse data, create reports, dashboards and visualisations.
Collect, cleanse and analyse data from multiple sources.
