Job summary

WTW in the Insurance Consulting business invites applications for a Data Science Graduate Development Programme in the UK. You will support insurance clients—insurers, brokers and MGAs—by solving complex commercial problems with actuaries, data scientists and underwriters.

You will work on multiple client projects in pricing, claims, and operational processes, with training in the first months and ongoing learning as you progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 and 1 degree in a numerate discipline.
• 2:1 degree with A-Level Maths grade A/B or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Work on 3 client projects at once across pricing, claims and operational processes.
• Participate in regular project meetings to understand business context and provide updates.
• Communicate progress with client stakeholders.
• Receive training during the first months and continue learning on the job.
• Support research and product development.
• Manage project content and delivery as your role progresses.
