Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is recruiting for a two-year graduate programme as a Data Analyst within our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team. You will build knowledge across data strategy, analytics, and client-focused insights while reporting to global data strategy and working with line-of-business colleagues.

You will study toward the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship, gain exposure to data across multiple sectors, and develop practical skills in dashboards, reporting and data-driven decision

Responsibilities

• Understand the organisation’s data and analytics strategy and apply to day-to-day challenges.
• Gain understanding of our industry and clients’ needs.
• Understand how data is stored and connected across systems and develop practical analytics skills.
• Collect, cleanse and analyse data, presenting insights through reports, dashboards and visualisations.
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction.
• Grow daily through induction and bespoke learning journeys and study towards Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship.
