Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the United Kingdom is launching its two-year graduate programme for a Data Analyst within CRB. You will build knowledge across data strategy, analytics, and client needs, with exposure to global data initiatives and reporting.

The role blends office and remote work, with a structured induction, professional development, and a Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship path. You will collect, cleanse and analyse data, present insights via dashboards, and work with colleagues

Qualifications

  • Able to work with and analyse data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships and convey complex information.
  • Curious and eager to learn new knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in a team.
  • At least a 2:1 degree (any discipline).

Responsibilities:

This two-year graduate programme will see you building your knowledge and skills in areas all across our CRB business. As a Data Analyst you would be responsible for assisting with a Global Specialities data strategy by understanding and analysing their current approach to data and analytics. Through this role and other work, you will gain a unique understanding of our industry and our client's needs. The role offers the opportunity to work directly within a line of business whilst also reporting to our central global data strategy division. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a candidate looking for a demanding data analysis role while building insurance knowledge. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues, you’ll:
