Job summary

Isio is recruiting a Graduate Business Data Analyst to help improve pension scheme outcomes by analysing data and understanding client needs. You will gain structured learning, embark on a Level 6 Data Scientist Apprenticeship, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client solutions.

You will develop data skills, learn digital technologies, and build knowledge of pensions while contributing to real projects. A supportive buddy and performance manager will guide your progression.

Qualifications

• You must have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 1 September 2027.
• Achieve a 2:1 or higher.
• Open to applicants from any subject.
• Visa sponsorship not available for this position; UK work eligibility required.
• Interest in data, technology and business problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check and analyse pension scheme data.
• Identify data-quality issues and support improvements.
• Help develop and deliver projects and client solutions.
• Gather, document and maintain clear business requirements.
• Work with client-focused teams to understand objectives and deliver agreed outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and disciplines.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
