Job summary

Isio is recruiting a Graduate Business Data Analyst to help improve pension scheme outcomes by analysing data and understanding client needs. You will gain structured learning, embark on a Level 6 Data Scientist Apprenticeship, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client solutions.

You will develop data skills, learn digital technologies, and build knowledge of pensions while contributing to real projects. A supportive buddy and performance manager will guide your progression.

Qualifications

• You must have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 1 September 2027.
• Achieve a 2:1 or higher.
• Open to applicants from any subject.
• Visa sponsorship not available for this position; UK work eligibility required.
• Interest in data, technology and business problem-solving.

Job description

Join Isio as a Graduate Business Data Analyst and use data to help improve outcomes for pension schemes and their members. You will work with colleagues across the business to understand client needs, analyse information and support practical solutions.,

• Prepare, check and analyse pension scheme data
• Identify data-quality issues and support improvements
• Help develop and deliver projects and client solutions
• Gather, document and maintain clear business requirements
• Work with client-focused teams to understand objectives and deliver agreed outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and disciplines
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Build knowledge of data tools, digital developments and the pensions sector, You will receive structured learning, practical experience and support from your team. This includes a graduate induction, role-specific training, opportunities to develop wider market knowledge, a buddy to help you settle in and support from a Performance Manager with your progress and development.

Subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria, you will be supported in achieving a Bachelors' Degree level external qualification in Data Analysis, through a Level 6 Data Scientist Apprenticeship., The recruitment process will include;

• You must have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 1 September 2027 and achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year, you should be on track to achieve this
