Job summary

KEYENCE UK is seeking graduates for a Sales Administrator role in a busy UK-based team. You will enter orders, communicate with customers, ensure on-time delivery, and manage end-to-end order processing within CRM systems.

You will also handle quotations, logistics, stock transfers, and coordinate with warehouses. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a full driving licence is essential. Competitive salary with bonus and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral.
• Good numeracy and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the CRM system accurately.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues by telephone and email.
• Ensure promised delivery dates are maintained.
• Manage end-to-end order process including dispatch details.
• Process quotations for customers and coordinate logistics.
• Oversee daily distribution through the CRM systems.
• Stock control and transfers with warehouse coordination.
• Visit warehouse and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Support the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers.
• Package and prepare orders for shipment.
