Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking graduates for day-to-day Cover Supervisor roles across North Manchester, including Blackley, Crumpsall, Moston and surrounding areas. You will lead classes in the absence of teachers and deliver pre-planned lessons in secondary schools.

Typical hours are 8.20am to 3.20pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible ad hoc opportunities. This position offers a clear route to teacher training and ongoing consultant support from Tradewind.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least six weeks' experience working with groups of children or teenagers within the last three years.
• A suitable referee who can verify this experience.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS and professional references.
• The ability to travel to schools at short notice.

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a graduate looking for flexible work in North Manchester, Blackley, Crumpsall, Moston or the surrounding areas? Looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching?We are recruiting enthusiastic graduates for day-to-day supply work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across North Manchester.

The Role

• Lead classes in the absence of the teacher

• Manage classroom behaviour
• Encourage independent learning and engagement
• Provide learning and pastoral support
• Complete a clear handover to the class teacher

We're particularly interested in graduates with experience in schools, sports coaching, youth work, drama, clubs, summer camps, PGL, Scouts, Guides or other work with young people.
