Academics Ltd are working with excellent secondary schools in and around Swindon who are currently recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to join them ASAP. We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to supervise lessons and support students' learning while maintaining the schools' high standards of behaviour when teachers are absent.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with previous experience working in education or for a graduate considering a career in teaching. There are also extensive opportunities to support children with SEN if this interests or passions you.

Main responsibilities:

1. Manage the behaviour of the class to ensure students are working in a constructive learning environment.
2. Supervise the work set by their subject teacher.
3. Act as a role model and develop productive working relationships with students.
4. Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and the health and safety of students.

Ideal candidate qualities:
