Full-time Cover Supervisor - Swindon

Monarch Education is recruiting experienced cover supervisors to join our branch in Swindon.

Requirements:

• All applicants must have teaching experience.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

We work with a high number of secondary schools across Swindon and seek an excellent practitioner for full-time work. As a member of the Monarch Teaching Team, you will be regularly placed in various schools to teach a range of subjects.

The Role

This is a full-time supply cover supervisor role suitable for someone who enjoys variety and is adaptable. It offers the opportunity for full-time employment, exposure to different schools and head teachers, and broadening your experience.

Details:

• Daily working hours: £120 - £140
• Work schedule: 5 days per week (part-time considered)
• Start date: September 2025
• Weekly pay
• Options for PAYE and Umbrella payroll
• Work available immediately

Working for Monarch

• You will typically be placed in a limited number of schools, allowing you to build good relationships.
• Most bookings are in advance, giving you time to prepare.
• You can amend your availability to take days off as needed.
• You will be supported by a dedicated consultant available 7 days a week.
