Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking university graduates to join our team as Graduate Cover Supervisors in South Yorkshire and Chesterfield, starting ASAP. Roles include delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining discipline, and supporting students to stay on task.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree or A-Level equivalent, demonstrate excellent communication and leadership, and are willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Education: university degree (any subject) or A-Level equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with young people is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned work across various subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Support students with their tasks and keep them on track.
• Liaise with school staff to provide feedback on progress and behaviour.
