Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor to work across Secondary schools in Castle Point. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and keep students engaged when a teacher is absent. This is a full‑time, term‑time role ideal for graduates aiming to train as teachers.

You will gain classroom experience with pupils aged 11–16, building confidence and practical skills in management and teaching methods to support future teacher training applications.
