Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is recruiting a Graduate Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Castle Point. If you are a recent graduate aiming for teacher training, this role offers hands-on classroom experience, opportunities to develop behaviour management, and a chance to observe school life before teacher training.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, supervise students aged 11-16, and adapt to a range of subjects and teaching styles.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum 2:1 degree in a subject taught within secondary schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Confident leading a classroom and engaging students aged 11–16.
