Job summary

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline required.
• Full training and mentoring provided on the Graduate Development Programme.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and cost plans.
• Support feasibility studies and benchmarking activities.
• Assist with tender and contract documents preparation.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and report findings.
• Assist with variations assessment and final accounts preparation.
• Engage with clients, contractors and design teams under supervision.
• Maintain accurate project records and data; participate in meetings.
