Responsibilities

• Support cost planning, procurement, tendering and contract administration on live projects

If you’re ready to launch a meaningful career in Cost Management, applications are now open for recent and upcoming Cost Management or Quantity Surveying Graduates to join our Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme at our Cardiff office.

And be ready for virtual assessments and in-person interviews shortly after. Successful candidates will have an offer on the table prior to Christmas 2026 or early 2027 for a start in the Autumn 2027.

Our two‑year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Cost Manager at Ridge you will benefit from on‑the‑job learning experiences while working on live projects across a range of sectors. You’ll build practical experience in cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, change control and financial reporting. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, designers and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or a closely related degree obtained in 2026/2027 or I hold a bachelor’s degree in another subject together with a relevant Master’s degree
