IG Group in London seeks a Graduate Conversational AI QA to evaluate real client-bot conversations, score against a dedicated framework, and translate findings into actionable insights for CX and product teams.

You'll learn QA, AI evaluation, and regulation basics, with training and mentorship, and you’ll contribute to expanding the bot's capabilities across features, models, and governance while working in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• A degree in any discipline, with genuine interest in AI and how it behaves in the real world.
• Excellent written English with strong spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Genuinely customer-centric mindset and clear communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity to dig into failures.
• Attention to detail and consistent, defendable evaluations.
• Willingness to learn about financial services regulation and consumer duty.

Responsibilities

• Quality evaluations of AI assistant conversations across chat and digital channels.
• Assess whether the bot understands queries and provides accurate, grounded responses.
• Scrutinise handoffs to human agents and ensure contextual continuity.
• Use sampling and analytics to focus reviews and apply quality standards.
• Contribute to testing scenarios and root-cause analysis to improve bot quality.
