Job summary

Wise is seeking a recent graduate to join our Design team in London as a Graduate Content Designer. You’ll shape information and words to help customers move forward, contributing to new features and resolving customer questions about transfers, accounts, and financial concepts.

You’ll learn alongside experienced designers, rotate through product teams for the programme, and have the chance to secure a permanent role after completion.

Qualifications

• You don’t need to have studied or worked in content design before. We’re looking for people who are curious, thoughtful and excited by solving problems through content.
• Be able to start a full‑time graduate role in London in September 2027
• Be early in your career — graduating in 2026 or 2027, recently graduated, or taking your first steps into design

Responsibilities

• Get to know our customers and understand the problems they’re trying to solve
• Design clear, useful content that helps people use Wise
• Work with designers, researchers, engineers and product managers to shape customer experiences
• Turn complicated ideas, processes and financial information into something people can understand
• Use research, data and feedback to improve your work
• Develop your skills in content design, product thinking and collaboration
