Job summary

Wise is seeking a Design & Research Operations Graduate to join our London team. You’ll work with the central Design & Research Operations group while partnering with multidisciplinary product teams to shape initiatives improving design talent, delivery and culture.

You’ll be mentored by multiple team members, with a quarterly focus plan and growth opportunities as you define your scope within Wise. Expect hands-on, cross-functional collaboration and a chance to contribute to a global mission.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating in 2026 or 2027 from a relevant degree.
• Able to start full-time in September 2027 and eligible to work in London.
• Passionate about design, human behavior, psychology, or project/program management.
• Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and driving positive change or improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to execute design leadership visions and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support end-to-end program delivery across the design community and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities, introduce new practices or training, and boost the design community's efficiency.

We’re looking for a Design & Research Operations Graduate to join our Design & Research Operations team in London. While you’ll learn and work within this central team, you’ll also partner closely with multidisciplinary product teams, shaping initiatives that improve design talent, delivery & culture.

You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.

Your mission:

You'll be mentored by several Design & Research Operations team members at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects. We plan our focus areas every quarter, and your mission will be mapped out with your lead. You’ll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Operational support: Help execute Design leadership visions and keep day-to-day community operations running smoothly by setting up collaborative initiatives, coordinating across teams, and gathering feedback on impact
• Program management: Support end-to-end program delivery across the design community (e.g., coordinating global product feature rollouts across design, research, and cross-functional teams).
• Capability building: Support the drive for overall team maturity and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, introducing new practices or training, and boosting the design community's efficiency.

Qualifications

What does it take? These things are a must:

• You are graduating in 2026 or 2027 from a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design/Design Management, Project/Program Management, Creative Production, Operations, Organisational Psychology or similar.
• You are able to start a full time graduate job in September 2027 and is eligible to work in London
• You are passionate about design, human behavior, psychology, or project/program management, with an interest in improving how design communities operate.
• You have atrack record of identifying inefficiencies and taking initiative to drive positive change or optimize processes during university, personal projects, or extracurriculars.

And this would be great, but aren’t essential:

Familiarity with foundational agile concepts, project organization, or structured problem-solving methods
