Wise is a global technology company building a way to move and manage money worldwide. It helps people and businesses send money internationally, spend abroad, and make and receive international payments, aiming to make these processes easier and save customers money.

• Get to know customers and understand the problems they are trying to solve
• Design clear, useful content that helps people use Wise Work with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to shape customer experiences
• Turn complex ideas, processes, and financial information into clear content
• Use research, data, and feedback to improve work
• Develop skills in content design, product thinking, and collaboration

• Be graduating in 2026 or 2027, have recently graduated, or be taking first steps into design
• Be curious, thoughtful, and interested in solving problems through content
• Pay attention to detail while considering the wider customer journey
• Be willing to test assumptions and learn from research, data, and feedback
• Explain the reasoning behind decisions
• Collaborate with others and be open to feedback
• Write clearly and precisely, adapting language to the situation and audience
• Be curious about people, their needs, how they think, and what helps them make decisions
