Job summary

Wise is looking for a Senior Content Designer to shape clear, customer-focused experiences across our global platform. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Operations to make complex money moments simple and calm for millions of customers.

You will own content projects end-to-end, elevate quality, and influence squads to put people first. The role sits in a cross-functional environment and offers flexible working, with a strong emphasis on international impact.

How do you collaborate in a human-centred way to ship work you're truly proud of? These are just a few of the challenges a Senior Content Designer will work on as part of Wise's global mission.

You'll shape how millions of customers spend with Wise, at home and around the world, crafting clear, compelling experiences that help customers navigate complex financial, operational and risk moments with confidence. This role sits within the Spend squad, working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Operations so customers know what is happening with their money and what to do next. You'll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.

This role probably isn't for you if your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, copywriting, journalism or social media, and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.
