Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and updating comprehensive project schedules, including timelines and resource allocations.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to update plans and progress records.
Utilise project management software to plan timeframes, record progress, and communicate outcomes.
Conduct site visits to verify progress against schedules.
Prepare progress reports including critical path analysis for project teams and senior management.
