Qualifications

Degree in physics, engineering, materials science, computing, mathematics, or related discipline.
Aptitude for mathematics and theoretical modelling.
Interest in scientific computing and willingness to learn Python.
Curious and highly motivated with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Learn to apply advanced computational methods to study materials under fusion-relevant conditions.
Contribute to development of multiscale models using atomistic, finite-element, and data-driven approaches.
Deliver project work, manage tasks, and share knowledge with technical communities.
Participate in UKAEA Graduate Scheme training and cross-team placements.
