You will rotate across functions, receive bespoke training, and work in a dynamic London environment, contributing to risk insight and policy implementation while aligning with Barclays values.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a genuine interest in Compliance.
• Demonstrated motivation and ability to thrive in a regulated environment.
• Willingness to participate in a two-year explorer programme with rotations.

Responsibilities

• Guide adherence to the Compliance risk management framework.
• Provide advisory services on regulation related to products and services.
• Utilise data/analytics to monitor the Compliance risk landscape.
• Develop Compliance risk insight, including laws and conduct.
