Job summary

Barclays is inviting graduates to join its Risk Graduate Programme in London. You will participate in an Explorer programme across three eight-month rotations, gaining breadth and depth of risk experience while receiving bespoke training from day one.

Qualifications

• A strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
• Analytical curiosity and sound judgement with ability to use data to understand and manage risk.
• Interest in risk management and willingness to participate in a multi-rotations Explorer programme.

Responsibilities

• Execute small research projects to support risk identification and decision making.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
• Identify and manage risks, review proposals and escalate breaches as needed.
