Barclays is recruiting for a Compliance Graduate to gain experience in risk management and regulatory advisory within a top-tier bank. The role forms part of the Explorer Programme, a two-year rotation-based development path designed to build broad compliance capabilities from day one.
You will rotate across functions, receive bespoke training, and work in a dynamic London environment, contributing to risk insight and policy implementation while aligning with Barclays values.
To gain experience of risk management skills, knowledge, and capabilities to deliver a broad range of compliance services to businesses and functions.

You’ll join our explorer programme, a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipt into your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

Barclays will accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK and will provide a skilled worker visa for successful applicants if they meet the Home Office’s eligibility criteria for a skilled worker visa. Successful applicants who are not eligible to receive a skilled worker visa, and who we are therefore unable to secure a skilled worker visa for, will be required to have their own legal right to work in the UK on a full-time basis from August 2027 to August 2029.
