Lendable in London is seeking a Graduate Complaints Officer to start a career in operations within a financial services firm. You’ll join a team that handles complaints across loans, cards and auto-finance, learning FCA rules and DISP guidance while building investigation skills and customer-handling confidence.

Reporting to a Complaints Manager, you’ll manage a live caseload, speak to customers, make decisions, and draft final letters.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication.
• Aptitude for investigation, analysis and dispute resolution.
• Strong organisation and self-management.
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn FCA regulation and DISP guidance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complaints across loans, cards and auto-finance.
• Self-manage a varied caseload and meet KPI standards.
• Communicate with complainants in writing and by phone.
• Draft professional final response letters with clear rationale.
• Record evidence with documented rationale and learnings for future cases.
• Apply learnings from internal and FOS outcomes to improve processes.
