Job summary

Bridgewater Resources UK offers a graduate development programme in the electrical equipment sector. As a Graduate Trainee, you will learn the business from the ground up, build relationships with electricians and contractors, and progress into field sales and management roles.

The first 6–12 months focus on internal sales and account development, with progression into field sales. You will travel locally in a company car as you grow into leadership roles within the group.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to start a full-time role immediately.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up across warehouse, logistics and sales processes.
• Build strong relationships with electricians, contractors and tradespeople face-to-face at the trade counter.
• Progress into internal and then field sales and management roles within the group.
