Bridgewater Resources UK is launching a market-leading graduate training programme in Lancashire to develop ambitious sales leaders. As a Graduate Trainee you’ll learn the business from the ground up, building relationships with electricians, contractors and tradespeople at the trade counter.

The first year features rapid progression into internal and then field sales, with two pay rises, a profit share bonus and up to £1,800 in training bonuses supported by industry-leading mentorship.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• The ability to start a full-time role immediately.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up and build strong customer relationships.
• Progress into field sales and business management roles.
• Travel locally and network with clients as part of trade counter activities.
