Qualifications

• We’re looking for graduates who have recently completed, or expect to complete, a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering or a closely related discipline before joining the Graduate Programme.
• Interested in building a career in commercial management, cost management or auditing.
• Enjoy working with numbers, data and detailed project information.
• Can analyse information and present findings clearly and accurately.
• Strong organisational skills and feel comfortable working to deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Are curious, reliable and willing to ask questions and learn from experienced team members.
• An interest in working towards membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS, CICES or CIOB, would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supporting cost planning, cost management and commercial reporting activities.
• Assisting with procurement support and contract administration.
• Contributing to measurement, quantification, cost verification and audit activities.
• Collating and analysing project and cost information to support reporting and decision making.
• Helping prepare clear, accurate and professionally presented reports, analysis and commercial documentation.
• Supporting financial and schedule tracking across projects and programmes.
• Identifying risks, issues or changes and escalating them to senior team members where appropriate.
• Working with colleagues and stakeholders across multidisciplinary project teams.
