Job summary

Assystem invites graduates to join a two-year Graduate Programme in Project Controls. You’ll work with experienced consultants across energy, infrastructure and defence programmes from day one, learning planning, cost control, risk and performance reporting.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard creation and progress tracking, while building professional confidence to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within a UK-wide network.

Qualifications

• Degree completed or expected in any discipline before joining the programme.
• Interest in numbers, data, and how it informs project performance.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analysing data across projects.
• Support development and maintenance of plans, schedules and baselines.
• Contribute to dashboards and performance reports for project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, planners, engineers and cost specialists.
• Support meetings, reviews and continuous improvement activities.
