BMS Performance Ltd. is hiring a Graduate Clinical Sales Specialist to sell physiotherapy products to sports clubs, hospitals and clinics. You will split time between home-based work and occasional office meetings, building client relationships and driving early sales skills.

The role is entry level with long-term progression opportunities, and a base salary of £30,000 plus a car allowance and fuel card. Degree in a related field is preferred, with transferable skills valued highly.

This business sell a variety of physiotherapy products into sports clubs, hospitals, universities & physiotherapy clinics. Each product is designed to optimise efficiency, better support patients needs and deliver an overall improved service. Some of the clients include professional sports teams!

What would my role be?

Joining the sales team as a Clinical Sales Specialist, your role will be involve a mix of working from home, meeting clients in person and occasionally spending time in the Manchester head office.

You will reach out to prospective clients, qualify inbound sales leads, nurture pipeline through the sales process, manage relationships with existing clients & lots more as you develop your sales skills!

This is a fully entry level role, with no pressure to hit KPI's and targets across the first few months of training. The company are looking for a long term hire, with excellent progression opportunities available as they grow.

Who is the ideal candidate?

• Degree - The nature of the role and market means that we're looking for someone with a degree that will support you in the role and industry. Sports rehab, biomedical science, exercise science & physiotherapy are all good examples - alongside many more.
• Transferable skills - This is an entry level role with no prior experience required, but personality traits and transferable skills for sales are key! These would include confidence, initiative, resilience and organisation.

What is the package offered?
