Graduate Client Support Executive - Investment Management - Central London / Hybrid - up to £35k + bonus and benefits

We’re seeking a proactive, personable, and customer-focused graduate, ideally with a degree and/or experience in the financial or investment sector, including some experience in a client-facing or customer service support role. The position is with a reputable investment organization based in Central London, as their Investor Relations Client Support Executive.

Joining a dynamic Investor Relations team, the IR Executive will provide exceptional service and support to clients, investors, and financial advisors via telephone and email. Responsibilities include administrative duties, becoming a ‘product ambassador,’ and working on specific projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to inbound inquiries via telephone and email from clients, investors, and advisors
• Assisting with general administrative tasks
• Processing investor transfers and exits
• Preparing client documentation, reports, presentations, and mailings
• Acting as a ‘product ambassador’ and supporting product-related initiatives
• Gathering and analyzing investor feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Organizing and attending investor events to enhance client engagement

What we’re looking for:

• Recent graduate with 6+ months experience in client services or customer support roles, preferably within financial services or a similar client-facing environment (1-2 years+ experience)
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with strong customer service abilities
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Basic understanding of investment management or retail investment products is highly beneficial
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Proactive, flexible, and a team player
