Third Bridge Group in London seeks a Client Services Associate to drive client engagement by connecting with industry experts and delivering timely insights. You will spend much of your day on calls, building rapport and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in Swedish (written and oral - Level C1 and above).
• You’re intellectually strong, ambitious, have leadership or extracurricular experience, and have shown grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.

Responsibilities

• Find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver client insights.
• Spend much of your day on the phone persuading specialists to share their time.
• Manage multiple projects and clients with speed and accuracy.
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.
