Job summary

Third Bridge, a leading global research firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate in the United Kingdom to drive outreach, build relationships with industry experts, and deliver insights to clients under tight deadlines.

You will spend much of your day on the phone, persuading experts to share their knowledge and coordinating high-calibre calls. The role offers clear progression and an uncapped performance bonus, with a base salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Icelandic (written and oral - Level C1 and above).
• Intellectually strong, ambitious, have leadership or extracurricular experience, and grit demonstrated through internships or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcome objections and win buy-in.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Learn fast, gain broad knowledge of markets, business models and regulations.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory and 1-1 calls.
