Job summary

Third Bridge Group in London is seeking a Client Services Associate to join a fast-paced, target-driven team. You will locate and engage industry experts to deliver insights to our clients, spending much of your day on the phone and building strong rapport with senior professionals.

You’ll develop commercial awareness and leadership skills, with clear progression from Associate to management in as little as two years, plus an annual personal development allowance and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in Swedish (written and oral - Level C1+).
• Intellectually strong and ambitious with leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Grit demonstrated through internships, work experience or other achievements.

Responsibilities

• Find, call and engage industry experts to deliver client insights.
• Schedule high-calibre expert calls and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory and 1-1 calls.
• Work at pace, maintain client focus and meet tight deadlines.
