Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking graduates to support learning in Bristol classrooms. You will assist across KS1 and KS2, working alongside teachers and school staff to help pupils succeed. This paid temporary role offers hands-on classroom exposure and the chance to develop key skills.

No previous school experience is required; transferable skills from studies or volunteering are welcome. You will gain valuable communication, organisation and confidence through diverse classroom settings.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification.
• Interest in education or related field.
• Strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Supporting learning in the classroom.
• Working one-to-one with pupils who need additional support.
• Leading small group activities and interventions.
• Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence.
