Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Bristol is seeking motivated graduates to become Graduate Teaching Assistants across primary and secondary settings. No prior school experience is required, with ongoing support and development provided.

The role offers hands-on experience supporting children and young people, in a variety of school environments across Bristol. You will work alongside teachers to support learning, behaviour, and inclusion, gaining valuable insights into education, psychology and youth work

Qualifications

• Dedicated consultant support during your placement.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-to-one or in small groups to aid academic progress.
• Help pupils build confidence, engagement and independence.
• Assist children with additional learning, communication or behavioural needs.
• Support social, emotional and mental wellbeing of pupils.
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation in class.
