Somerset Bridge has a fantastic opening for recent graduates to join our motor claims department from September 2024. We seek dynamic individuals eager to work in a fast-paced environment that adapts to market and legislative changes.

Successful candidates will rotate through various claims departments, handling claims from notification to settlement, including own damage, fraud, policies, credit hire, and personal injury. Personal development opportunities include industry-recognized qualifications, with support and funding for Chartered Insurance Institute exams and management training.

During the 24-month program, you'll have a personal mentor to support your early career. We welcome applications from all graduates, regardless of degree subject.

Previous participants have advanced to senior handler, management, and department head roles within our organization.

As part of the 2-year rotation, your salary will increase by £1,000 annually, reaching £27,000 at the end of the period.

Required Skills/Experience:

• On track for or holding a 2:1 degree or higher (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
