TipTopJob Nottingham-based consultancy is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join its Civil Development and Structural Engineering teams. You will work across disciplines with senior engineers and gain real project experience on site.

This role offers early responsibility, site exposure, and an opportunity to learn across design and construction stages while developing practical engineering skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Graduate with up to ~2 years' experience welcomed.
• Genuine interest in both design and site-based engineering.
• Willingness to learn across disciplines and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Civil Development and Structural Engineering design.
• Assist with drainage, infrastructure and associated development work.
• Support structural design alongside experienced engineers.
• Attend sites, monitor progress and gather project information.
• Report observations and potential issues to senior engineers.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and wider project teams.
• Support projects through design and construction stages.
