Aldwych Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Estimator to join our civil engineering estimating team in North Wales.

You will gain hands-on experience across civil engineering and infrastructure projects, supporting tender submissions from early stages and learning from an experienced team. You will develop technical and commercial knowledge through involvement in pre-construction activities, costings, and liaising with cross-functional colleagues to deliver accurate estimates and successful

Qualifications

• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Genuine interest in civil engineering estimating and pre-construction.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Support material, labour and plant costings.
• Request and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential cost savings.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather project information.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
• Support handover of successful tenders to project delivery teams.
