Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in North Wales is seeking a Graduate Estimator to start a career in civil engineering estimating. You'll gain hands-on experience across civil engineering and infrastructure projects while learning from an experienced team.

You will participate in tendering from early stages, develop technical and commercial knowledge, and work with pre-construction, commercial and operations colleagues to win work.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Genuine interest in civil engineering estimating and pre-construction.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

The Opportunity

An established civil engineering contractor is looking for a Graduate Estimator to join its team in North Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in estimating, gaining hands-on experience across civil engineering and infrastructure projects while learning from an experienced team.

You'll be involved in the tendering process from the early stages, developing your technical and commercial knowledge and working closely with colleagues across pre-construction, commercial and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions.
