Job summary

Arup invites talented graduates to join its Site Development teams in the UK, delivering civil engineering solutions across energy, water, transport, and urban projects. The role supports early-career engineers in concept, feasibility, and detailed design through to construction, working within multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to master planning, drainage, earthworks, and utility coordination, while developing practical, innovative outcomes for large-scale infrastructure and public

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with AI/Data/Digital tools to support engineering design is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions for large-scale infrastructure and other Site Development projects.
• Develop site layouts, drainage strategies, earthworks designs, access arrangements and utility coordination solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated and sustainable engineering designs.
• Produce technical designs, drawings, calculations and reports to a high standard.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and project teams to develop practical and innovative outcomes.
