What you’ll be doing

• You will be involved in projects including Nature-based Solutions, Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Design and large scale civil engineering projects, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
• You will work in a collaborative atmosphere that encourages independent problem solving while drawing on expertise from across disciplines and graduate training support.
• You will deliver schemes of varying size, supported by a project manager, producing drawings, reports, and interpreting calculations/software outputs.
• You will be highly organised, enthusiastic to learn, curious, and focused on servicing internal and external clients within a delivery team under a Team Leader.
• You will be dynamically seeking personal development, willing to accept challenges and thrive in a growing and diverse engineering environment.

What you’ll bring

• A relevant engineering or similar degree, or studying toward such a degree.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and drainage principles and familiarity with software packages such as GIS; training will be provided.
• Interest in environmental challenges such as flood risk and climate change.
• Enthusiasm to share ideas for improvement.
• Strong communication skills from academic, social, and previous work experience.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• Organisational skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Right to work and live in the UK.
• Willingness to travel and a full driving licence.
