Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd is seeking graduates to join a two-year program across UK projects. From day one you’ll be part of a live project team, rotating across sectors and specialisms to build breadth and experience toward becoming a chartered professional.

The programme includes a clear route to ICE or RICS chartership, with four dedicated days per year for professional development and a cohort of peers to support growth throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil engineering or related subject due in 2027 or completed by then.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Join one of our core job families and rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms.
• Work toward chartered professional status with ICE or RICS.
• Participate in structured development activities and cohort learning.
