Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd is recruiting graduates for a two-year rotation across UK projects, starting September 2027. You will work on real buildings and infrastructure on live projects, rotating through core job families to gain breadth and progress toward ICE or RICS chartership.

You'll receive a structured development programme with dedicated PD days, a cohort of peers, and a focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and delivering Britain's future heritage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil engineering or related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Join one of our core job families and rotate across projects, sectors, and specialisms to build breadth.
• Work on live UK projects and progress toward chartership with ICE or RICS.
• Four dedicated days per year for professional development.
• Collaborate with a cohort of graduates and support each other.
