Job summary

Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer in Bristol to contribute to the design and delivery of major nuclear projects, including HPC and SZC. Qualifications

• Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Programming skills in one or several languages are a plus.
• Experience with structural FEM software during studies.

Responsibilities

• Learning how to, and completing, structural design of new build nuclear structures, including for accidental situations such as seismic and blast.
• Developing skills to perform analysis of structures within commercial FEM packages.
• Coordinating and communicating on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
• Providing analysis and responding to queries originating from construction sites.
• Coordinate the transfer of design information to reinforcement detailers.
• Developing strong relationships and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
