If you are looking to join a friendly team to do rewarding and challenging work together, then Curtins might be the place for you.

What will I be doing day to day?

You will work with colleagues on different projects and learn new things quickly. Your focus will be on civil infrastructure, including hydraulic modelling of water networks, highway and junction design, estimations, and civil scheme detailing for major projects.

We involve our team from project start to finish, so you will see how designs progress from concept to construction, witnessing your work come to life step by step.

Most of your work will be design-based, but you will also participate in project management. Additionally, there are opportunities to engage in wider activities such as STEM initiatives, charity support, and community projects.

What kind of projects will I get to work on?

Our projects are diverse, ranging from multi-million-pound masterplans to local community spaces. We serve various clients, so each project offers new experiences. Many projects have received awards, giving you the chance to work on impactful work. As you gain experience, you might choose to specialize in areas like Sustainable Drainage, Flood Prevention, Infrastructure, or Highways.

Our team includes some of the UK’s leading consultancy experts, and we support your professional growth towards specializations that suit your interests.

How will Curtins support me in my personal development?

We offer a structured 4-year program to help you achieve Chartership, providing technical and non-technical skills to advance your career.
