Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a Sheffield-based civil engineering consultancy in recruiting a Graduate Civil Engineer (Drainage). The role focuses on drainage and highways design with hands-on training and mentorship.

Expect site travel, reporting, drawings, and site checks from day one. The graduate program includes extensive in-house and external training aimed at achieving chartership, with generous holiday and pension benefits.

Competenze

• Must be a Civil Engineering graduate seeking chartership through hands-on training and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel to sites for drainage and highways works.
• Strong report writing and drawing skills encouraged.

Mansioni

• Shadow senior engineers and learn through mentoring.

Are you a Civil Engineering graduate or similar looking for chartership support through a range of in-house training and mentoring?

This company is a civil engineering consultancy who focus heavily on drainage and highways design, who are heavily invested in employee growth, supporting you on your way to chartership through state-of-the-art training courses and mentorship from industry professionals.

In this role you will be heavily involved with site travel, doing reports, producing drawings, and carrying out site checks, working on drainage and highways design. You will be put through a graduate program which will see you be put through a range of in house and external training, growing your skillset and experience to achieving chartership long term.

This role would suit a Civil engineering graduate looking for career progression through training and mentoring in a civil engineering consultancy, gaining hands on experience from day one.
