Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is launching a 2027 Early Careers Graduate Apprentice Civil Engineer scheme in Scotland. You’ll gain hands-on experience across major projects, split between site and office, with mentoring from senior engineers and university day release to work toward a BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering.

The programme emphasizes practical learning and progression within a leading infrastructure group. Applicants should have at least four SQA Highers including Maths, and a proactive attitude,
