Job Description:

The job holder plays an important role in the Technical Support team by providing daily technical support to distributors and sub-distributors, including troubleshooting, technical training, product induction, and promotion, to ensure high-quality service.

The job holder is expected to ensure satisfactory Hikvision technical services and continuous product optimization by collating customer requirements or product quality issues and providing prompt feedback.

• Responsibilities:

· Handle technical issues raised by distributors and sub-distributors.

· Manage cases related to product problems and share internal case information.

· Provide Hikvision software/hardware training on operation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance to distributors and sub-distributors.

· Summarize regional product requirements, analyze, and provide feedback to the R&D team to promote product optimization and meet regional market needs.

· Collate product quality issues and give prompt feedback; escalate issues to Technical Support or R&D team to improve product quality.

· Promote new products through training, roadshows, exhibitions, and receptions.

· Offer product consultation and selection services to distributors and sub-distributors.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Knowledge & Skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of networking/IT.

Competencies:

· Ability to convey complex technologies and specifications clearly.

· Quick learner of new technologies.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Flexible to work onsite or in the office, with readiness to travel on short notice.
